Jocelyn Billheimer is an experienced writer and editor with a demonstrated history of working in the tech, service, media, publishing, and education sectors. She's skilled in Pro Tools, Canva, AdobeSuite, Wix, Univer.se, WordPress, HootSuite, GoogleSuite, SEO, media production, cultural work, education and leadership.
Although she originally attended New York University in 2017 with filmmaking dreams; she's currently pursuing an Associate of Arts in English & Literature from Prairie State College and serving as the Editor-in-Chief of their Pioneer Newspaper. She also edits for Black Capsule.Z Anthology and DéLuk Enterprises Magazine. More recently, she became a writer and sales specialist for Diverse Business Elite Magazine.

Queen City Writers published one of my papers in one of their 2020 undergraduate journal issues. It's entitled, "Digital Healing: Womanist Counter Narrative During COVID-19," and explores how womanist writing and community building support people during this global crisis.
