a CONFESSION poem/prayer to ABBA
LORD,
I need Your help
To truly be saved
My faith is all over the place
I take one step
I break my neck
I’m sorry this didn’t feel safe
My flesh feels weak
My future SEEMS bleak
You remind me, “it’s not a race”
+ You are the OG safe space
You see my struggle
and invite me to the huddle.
Your strategy feels like a cuddle.
You say,
“Keep your eyes on ME, til the end of the WEEK.
Perhaps you won’t feel so weak.
Perhaps life won’t seem so bleak.”
I say, “okay.”
Step out on the waves.
And embrace Your new shining day.
It's not perfect.
But through your eyes,
The week is worth it.
So, I humble myself not to
SHRIEK 😭😅

It is difficult to walk in the LIGHT, with darkness in sight, but luckily we serve a GOD of Peace.
~~~~~~~
“God blesses those who will work for peace for they will be called the children of God.” (Matt 5:9, NLT) ~~~~~~~
Children of PEACE,
"Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results." (James 5:16, NLT)
~~~~~~~
“Pour out all your worries and stress upon [GOD] and leave them there, for he always tenderly cares for you.”
